2- FAQs: Here you will get a list of all the frequently asked questions that might come in to your mind while using DUGIS service. FAQs provides the following:

• About DUGIS: answer many questions that are related to the service, For example, what is DUGIS? What are the general requirements of using DUGIS? , How to sign up, etc.
  
  
• Main Menu: The main menu includes Map Contents, Advanced Tools & Color Themes. This part will help you to manage map contents, use Redlining tool (to interactively draw simple graphical features and annotation on the map. This can be used to indicate specific information on the map e.g. Show on a map the location where construction material is to be delivered at a construction site, and email the map to the supplier).
  
  
  
• Map viewer Tools: Shows how to use the map viewer tools to interact and work with the map. For Example: How to measure area and distance, show more info, email, print and etc.

3- Search Tools: This section provides a list of searches that allow you to find out or generate specific type of information from different databases inside Dubai Municipality and other government departments. Also, it explains the Basic and Advanced Searches, for example: In the Basic Search: How to use quick search for parcel, Find address (using the addressing system of Dubai) & etc.

4- What's On: Here you find the new established searches or tools that are recently provided within DUGIS service such as Coordinate Search and Parcel History Search.

5- Favorites: This section highlights the important links & joins established between Dubai GIS Center and Other government Department's databases. It shows you how to use search for a specific type of information such as "How to use Health Services? From Health & Economic department", "Land Department inquiry and real estate to search for rented parcels".
