Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) organized a one-day presentation involving Dubai Municipality on the tourism sector for industry players, highlighting updates on the new developments that are set to make major impact to tourism sector.
The presentation was given by the Dubai Municipality officials and primarily focused on the long-term impact on the economy and how businesses are going to reap the benefits.
Buthaina Al-Hamli- Dubai GIS Representative (GIS Programmer)- gave a presentation on “ Explore Dubai for Tourists”. The presentation highlighted “Explore Dubai – www.exploredubai.ae” one of the significant e-services provided by Dubai GIS Center in Dubai Municipality. Tourism is considered as one of the key users of Explore Dubai as it can assist them in locating points of interest like parks, hospitals, Dubai Major projects , etc., and get answers for many doubts on such locations.
