New“Parcel History” search has been launched on DUGIS as an advanced tool to help the users to identify the history of their potential parcels. This new tool is extremely helpful to apply more search methods in different situations, such as (Normal, Affected, Compensated parcels and Old parcel Ids). It’s easy to use and offers a great deal of information about the parcel history. No need to specify the ID's category, weather it is normal, affected or compensated parcel id, but only enter your Parcel ID number to get your land’s information.
Normal Parcel: Active lands that exist on the ground and are available for transactions such as granting, selling, buying, building...etc (not affected nor compensated since those two are somehow frozen/stopped from development of any kind).
Affected Parcel: Parcels which are affected by roads planning or any other services. For example, affected land would have a road crossing it from the middle. So you can't issue a plan for it and build on that land.
Compensated Parcel: Parcels, which were affected and have already been compensated by the government.
The result will come up in this popup window and it’ll show the new parcel Id and it’s status & Reason. So, you can map it and show its location.
